Liability Waiver

This agreement releases Wittle Playground Party Rentals and affiliates from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during rental on RENTAL DATE SIGNED BELOW by signing this agreement, I agree to hold Wittle Playground Party Rentals entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I understand once setup is complete I am liable for following the safety rules and any injuries. 

In the event of any damage to Wittle Playground Party Rentals items, there will be an appropriate fee charged depending on damaged equipment. This will be charged to me (the renter) to cover all expenses. I also acknowledge the risks involved in Wittle Playground Party Rentals. These include but are not limited to any CHOCKING HAZARDS, FALLING, BREAKING ETC. while in use. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

OCCUPANT CAPACITY GUIDELINE AND RULES

Children’s safety depends on the presence of adult supervision while the PROPERTY is in use.

Keep age and size of groups compatible: up to six (6) children from six (6) months to four (4)

years of age at a time. Somersaults, rough horseplay, and flips are not allowed. No shoes, no food,

no drinks, no gum, no sharp objects are allowed to be used while using the property.

The PROPERTY cannot be removed from the event location without prior authorization from the

LESSOR.

LESSEE is responsible for any damage or excess dirt to the PROPERTY. LESSEE understands

and agrees to reimburse LESSOR for any repairs and/or deep cleaning required as a result of

LESSEE’S use of the PROPERTY.

REFUND POLICY - NO REFUNDS

If any items are missing or damaged you will responsible to pay to replace the item.

If items are excessively dirty you will be responsible to pay a cleaning fee of $60.00.

By signing you ­­­­­­­­f­­­­­­orfeit all rights to bring a suit against Wittle Playground Party Rentals for any reason. In return, I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and explained to me verbally, in efforts to keep the Wittle Playground Party Rentals experience positive, I have heard the safety rules and understand that I will ask for clarification when needed.
